Origin and Certifications

MUMIC EQUAL is produced from leonardite-derived humic and fulvic substances, a naturally occurring source of highly concentrated humified organic matter. The available product datasheet also identifies the product as imported from the European Union.

No specific organic-farming, ecological, OMRI or other third-party certification is stated in the supplied datasheet. Any certification or regulatory claim should therefore be confirmed using the official documentation applicable to the country in which the product will be marketed or used.

MUMIC EQUAL delivers complementary benefits in both the soil and the plant. Its humic fraction acts mainly within the root zone, supporting soil fertility, nutrient retention and root development. Its fulvic fraction consists of smaller, more mobile organic molecules that help promote nutrient availability and plant uptake.

The combined formulation contributes to:

  • Improved soil cation exchange capacity.
  • Greater availability and uptake of mineral nutrients.
  • Stimulation of root initiation and root-system development.
  • Support for beneficial bacterial populations in the soil.
  • More efficient use of the nutrients supplied through fertilisation.
  • Better crop establishment and vegetative development.
  • Improved soil–root interaction throughout the crop cycle.

Improves Nutrient Uptake

Humic and fulvic substances interact with mineral nutrients in the root zone, helping maintain them in forms that can be used more efficiently by the crop.

Promotes Root Development

The formulation stimulates the development of a more active root system, supporting crop establishment and increasing the plant’s capacity to explore the soil.

Enhances Soil Cation Exchange Capacity

MUMIC EQUAL helps improve the soil’s ability to retain and exchange positively charged nutrients, reducing the risk of inefficient nutrient use.

Supports Beneficial Soil Microbiology

The addition of humified organic substances contributes to a more biologically active rhizosphere and supports the development of beneficial bacterial populations.

Combines Soil and Plant-Level Activity

The equal proportion of humic and fulvic acids provides a balanced approach: humic acids primarily condition the soil and root environment, while fulvic acids offer greater mobility and interaction with plant nutrition.

  • Balanced 1:1 ratio: contains 10% humic acids and 10% fulvic acids.
  • High total humic extract: provides 20% total humic extract by weight.
  • Additional potassium: contains 8% water-soluble potassium expressed as K₂O.
  • Leonardite origin: formulated from a concentrated source of humified organic matter.
  • Total solubility: designed for easy dilution and uniform distribution.
  • Homogeneous liquid formulation: manufactured to achieve consistent composition throughout the product.
  • Free from insoluble precipitates: the purity of the raw material and manufacturing process reduces the presence of unwanted solid residues.
  • Flexible application: suitable for soil and foliar use, subject to the recommendations of the crop programme.
  • Broad crop compatibility: recommended for fruit trees, vegetables, tropical crops, vines, olives, field crops and ornamentals.

Features and Properties

MUMIC EQUAL is a liquid fertiliser and biostimulant formulated with humic and fulvic acids obtained from leonardite. It contains 20% total humic extract, evenly divided between 10% humic acids and 10% fulvic acids, together with 8% potassium expressed as K₂O. This balanced 1:1 ratio combines the soil-conditioning properties of humic acids with the greater mobility and nutrient-supporting action of fulvic acids.

Its homogeneous and fully soluble formulation is designed to provide consistent dilution and uniform application without insoluble precipitates. MUMIC EQUAL can be applied through the soil or incorporated into foliar nutrition programmes and is available in 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, 20 L and 1,000 L IBC formats.

Recommended Crops and Timing of Application

Citrus Fruits

Use MUMIC EQUAL during the spring and summer sprouting periods to support renewed root and vegetative activity. Further applications are recommended before flowering, during fruit set and while the fruit is increasing in size.

Apple and Stone Fruits

Apply before flowering to prepare the crop for periods of high nutritional demand. Repeat during fruit set and fruit enlargement as part of the seasonal nutrition programme.

Vegetables

Begin applications at transplanting to support establishment and early root development. Continue with divided applications during the growing cycle, adapting the programme to crop duration and nutritional demand.

Tropical Fruit Trees

Apply approximately 40% of the planned rate with the basal fertilisation. Distribute the remaining dose throughout the crop cycle to maintain support during vegetative growth, flowering and fruit development.

Herbaceous and Woody Crops

Apply after each cut to support regrowth and renewed nutrient absorption. The final programme should be adapted to the number of cuts and the duration of the production cycle.

Olive Trees and Vines

Apply before sprouting and at pre-flowering, when root activity and nutrient demand begin to increase. A further application at the beginning of winter can be included in the annual soil-fertility programme.

Flowers and Ornamentals

MUMIC EQUAL can be integrated into the nutrition programme of flowers and ornamental plants. As the source datasheet does not define a specific application stage for this group, dosage and timing should be adapted to the species, production system and crop cycle.

FAQ

What is MUMIC EQUAL?

MUMIC EQUAL is a liquid biostimulant and fertiliser containing humic acids, fulvic acids and potassium. It is designed to improve the soil–root environment, stimulate root development and support nutrient uptake.

What is the difference between humic and fulvic acids?

Humic acids are larger organic molecules that act mainly in the soil, where they contribute to nutrient retention, soil fertility and root-zone activity. Fulvic acids are smaller and more mobile, allowing them to interact more readily with nutrients and plant tissues. MUMIC EQUAL combines both fractions in equal proportions.

What is the composition of MUMIC EQUAL?

It contains 20% total humic extract, including 10% humic acids and 10% fulvic acids. It also provides 8% potassium expressed as K₂O.
