WETTA

Natural Non-Ionic Adjuvant for Improved Wetting, Coverage and Foliar Uptake

High-performance foliar adjuvant

WETTA is an adjuvant specifically designed to optimize the effectiveness of your foliar treatments. Its formulation enhances the distribution, adhesion, and coverage of the spray solution, promoting more uniform contact on the leaf surface and maximizing the performance of the products it is mixed with.

Thanks to its stable behavior in the spray solution, WETTA does not affect the pH, ensuring compatibility with most crop protection products and foliar fertilizers. This makes it a safe and versatile tool within any technical treatment program.

Simple and effective application

For optimal performance, add WETTA to the spray tank after all other products have been completely dissolved or mixed, maintaining constant agitation. This final incorporation ensures homogeneous integration and optimal field performance.

Origin and Certifications

  • IMPROVES RAIN RESISTANCE, ALLOWING FOR MORE RELIABLE SPRAY APPLICATIONS.
  • ACCELERATES DRYING TIME, REDUCING LEAF MOISTURE AND LOWERING THE RISK OF DISEASE.
  • EFFECTIVE PENETRANT, SPREADER AND WETTTING AGENT FOR FOLIAR-APPLIED HERBICIDES, PESTICIDES, FOLIAR NUTRIENTS, AND PLANT GROWTH REGULATORS.
  • HIGH EFFICIENCY.
  • Improves spray coverage on the plant surface
  • Enhances wetting and spreading of the spray solution
  • Promotes better penetration and absorption of foliar-applied products
  • Increases rain resistance for more reliable spray applications
  • Accelerates drying time and helps reduce leaf moisture
  • Supports more efficient use of foliar fertilizers, pesticides and plant growth regulators
  • Helps improve deposition, rewetting and anti-rebound performance at higher use rates

Wetta combines wetting, spreading and penetrating performance in a single adjuvant. Depending on the final concentration in the tank mix, it can deliver basic dispersion and wetting, or broader functionality that includes anti-rebound, rewetting, deposition and penetration. This allows growers and technical teams to adapt performance to the requirements of the spray program and associated treatment.

Features and Properties

Main Features

Wetta is a foliar adjuvant based on a natural non-ionic surfactant system. It is presented as a natural penetrant, spreader and wetting agent for agricultural spray applications. The product is intended to improve the technical and biological performance of foliar-applied inputs by enhancing contact with the plant surface and facilitating uptake.

  • Suitable for insecticides
  • Suitable for fungicides
  • Suitable for acaricides
  • Suitable for herbicides
  • Suitable for plant protection products
  • Suitable for plant growth regulators
  • Suitable for foliar fertilizers
  • Suitable for biostimulants

Mechanism of Action

As a non-ionic surfactant, Wetta reduces surface tension in the spray solution, allowing droplets to spread more evenly across the leaf surface. This improves wetting and coverage and helps the applied solution remain in effective contact with the plant.

At higher concentrations, Wetta also supports anti-rebound, rewetting, deposition and penetration, improving the efficiency of foliar applications under field conditions. In addition, Wetta does not affect the pH of the spray solution.

Recommended Crops and Timing of Application

Target Crops

Wetta is recommended for all crops. It is suitable for use wherever foliar-applied fertilizers, biostimulants or crop protection products are included in the spray program.

Recommended Phenological Stages

Wetta is intended for use during vegetative nutrition and in general foliar spray programs according to the conditions established for the associated agrochemical or foliar input. The timing of application should follow the technical recommendations of the main product included in the tank mix.

FAQ

What is Wetta used for?

Wetta is used as a natural non-ionic adjuvant to improve the coverage, wetting, penetration and absorption of foliar-applied fertilizers and crop protection products.

Can Wetta be used on all crops?
